I always feel early starting my Christmas things in September..then all of a sudden the end of October is here and a person starts to panic. My workshop is busy with wooden things, in the evenings I have been rolling clay, stamping..stacking on shelves, then glazing the lettering on these tags.

The big kiln was packed last Sunday morning…They add up when you stack them all together.
It is so exciting to shut the lid….and wait…….Tuesday morning I opened it up and took them upstairs…..Today I finally had some time to take some pictures, more tomorrow. I really want to get them listed in my online store.
Snowflakes..white on white, some were decorated with my Grandma’s antique lace doily…
Love these stars..to give as a gift that can go on the tree as a keepsake, enjoyed each year and during the holiday season.
These are so fun, I just love the word ‘twinkle’….. maybe a name for the next little kitten who blesses our home……I have been making stars with special little peeps names on them this week…they are drying before firing.
Little Christmas doves…..waiting to be put on lovely cards, packaged so they can fly away together.
Love the white ones…..they will be beautiful on an evergreen tree. For gifts to the ones who hold a special part of your heart… or maybe for a December wedding.
I have these with ‘from my kitchen’, ‘shortbread’ ‘rum balls’ among other homemade goodness words.

I have included ribbon in the package for hanging or wrapping, makes a complete little gift for someone.
No Christmas paper out yet but here are other tags made early this fall..We had made these for Shannon and Cory’s wedding, huge hit with all.
They really are wonderful tags, they have a natural feel to them, can be signed on the back, will be a keepsake after the gift has been opened. For Christmas a treasured handcrafted ornament for the tree to be enjoyed throughout the years.
I will be posting the Christmas ones plus dog & cat, letters and numbers in my store in the next week and for a few weeks after that……They are all packaged neatly complete with ribbon for gifting and hanging. Would be a great small token for teachers, coaches or friends from work.
I have also made a limited edition series that will be garlands for Decorating and giving…excited to see them finished.

Beautiful, you are talented in so many areas!
Hi Brenda! The tags are so adorable and it looks like you have been really busy. Thanks for linking to the Open House party and I hope to see you there again this week.
